It has a terrace that surrounds the dining area, and it also has another small terrace in the kitchen.

Suite room that is in another area than the rest of the rooms with a double bed of 150 and private bathroom. The second room with a double bed of 135 and the third and fourth with two beds of 90 each. One of these last rooms has a sofa that converts into a 90 bed as well. In the hallway of these rooms, there are two full bathrooms.

Located a few meters from the marina and Poniente beach. Many services, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. Ideal for getting around on foot due to the situation. It has a taxi rank and a bus station nearby. City bus and electric vehicle rental option. Public parking is a few meters away.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, pets are not allowed, and parties and other farewells are prohibited. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected and special care must be taken when moving through common areas. The house has a noise detector with notification to the police in case of excess noise above the permitted limits. Cot option with prior notice.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
