Cozy apartment for 2 people, just 2 minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the city center with easy parking in the area. Ideal for a couple or digital nomads who want to spend some time on the beach.

The apartment is almost completely renovated and is fully equipped to offer you maximum comfort as it has a double bedroom, full bathroom, living/dining room with sofa, equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace ideal for meals and sitting with views. You can also use Wi-Fi during your stay and park without problems in the area.

Apartment available for monthly rental (between 2 and 11 months) fully furnished and prepared, with supply costs included.

Space

Our cozy 40m2 apartment on the beach is almost completely renovated and is fully equipped to offer you maximum comfort during your stay. Just like at home, you can benefit from services such as high-speed Wi-Fi, 40" television and air conditioning and heating so that you can enjoy living on the beach of Hospitalet d'el Infant all year round.

The apartment has a 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven), a complete bathroom with a shower and an outdoor terrace with a small table ideal for work or for meals and after-dinner meals as a couple.

For your maximum comfort, the costs of water, electricity and gas supplies are included in the monthly rent up to a limit of €100 per month. In the event that the indicated amount is exceeded, the difference will be charged in the following month's rent.

In addition, you can park very easily in the surroundings of the urbanization (except in August).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator.
