The apartment is an ideal choice for both a tourist exploration of the city and a business stay. Nestled in the heart of downtown Metz, in a peaceful street opposite the old granaries (now inactive), it offers exceptional proximity, less than 5 minutes on foot from the main tourist attractions of Metz and a twenty minutes walk from the station.

You will have the opportunity to easily enjoy the city's charming terraces, stroll through the historic center with its shops and museums, while recharging your batteries near the lake. A parking space, located a few minutes' walk away, is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

The accommodation, entirely private during your reservation, is a well-equipped studio including a bright living room with a double bed, a kitchenette (microwave, hob, refrigerator) and a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is available to facilitate medium and long stays. Suitable for business needs, it also has high-speed Wi-Fi and a large TV for your comfort.

Beds are made up for your arrival with hotel quality linen provided by Rock in Share, ensuring your comfort. The first physical entry into the premises is possible from 4 p.m., and departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Your arrival takes place independently. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our house guide by email, including all the information you need to easily access the apartment: access instructions, key box code, etc.
