Standard Room in a residence situated in the heart of the buzzing seaside resort of Sliema, close to trendy shops and popular restaurants. All rooms are newly furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned and with private facilities.
The residence offers a 24-hour Reception service, ensuring guest safety, comfort and convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the modern Reception area and the vibrant lounge/bar area which is comfortably located on the Ground floor. Here guests can relax, snack and enjoy a drink in the evenings. A state-of-the-art equipped communal kitchen is available for all residents who prefer to cook their own meals. The residence also offers a rooftop swimming pool complete with a pool bar and sunbathing decks where one can relax and refresh during the summer months.

Standard room: two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and television.

No security deposit is charged. All damages are charged at cost. A refundable deposit Is required for the following items:

lost safe key charge: €75.00
lost room key charge: € 10.00

Water, Electricity, cleaning twice a week and bed linen change once a week are included in the price.
