Situato al secondo piano, luminoso, panoramico e molto spazioso. 200 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, zona giorno, 3 Bagni e 8 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI veloce (Fibra), lavatrice e asciugatrice, 2 frigoriferi grandi, cucina equipaggiata, riscaldamento e condizionamento indipendente.
- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
L'appartamento si trova in zona Stadio, vicino alle Facoltà di Psicologia (15 minuti a piedi) e Architettura; collegato bene al centro città (15 minuti in autobus: linee 11-17); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, banca, bar tabacchi, ecc.). L'appartamento, al secondo piano, oltre alle camere, ha 3 bagni, tutti con doccia, cucina (con lavatrice e 2 frigoriferi) e zona giorno, il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc etc., ovviamente tutto nuovo!
La camera, graziosa e luminosa, ha pavimento in parquet, letto, comodino, armadio, scrivania con seduta, specchiera, attacco tv e Wi-Fi.
