The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students.
It is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), all the university faculties are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle:

- ideal for the faculties of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics (800 mt)
- near also Economy, Agriculture, Veterinary and Jurisprudence all reachable within 1.5 km but in general all the faculties are easily reachable.
