This 3-room apartment in Milan, located in a hotel, is the perfect place for a group of 4 people to call home during their stay in the city. The apartment is laid out "like a telescope" (to reach the back room, you must pass through the other two). It has a first room with a kitchenette and a bed, a second room with one other bed, and a third room with two separate beds or a double bed (you can choose by sending a written request). The apartment does not have a living room and there is no sofa, or coffee table in any of the rooms. However, the apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator (and freezer), stove (electric hot plates), as well as plenty of counter space for meal prep. The two bedrooms both have plenty of storage space, with wardrobes and dressers to keep your belongings organized. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This apartment offers paid WiFi at a fixed cost of €20.00 per month.
Electricity is not included as each unit has its own meter and the reading will be taken monthly and payment of €0.50 per kW will be requested.
A washing machine is available for common use at a discounted price of €5.50.
All types come with bed and bath linens.
A microwave, hairdryer, and ironing board with iron are available upon request and availability.
All units have a kettle, electric hot plates (not gas) without a traditional oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer.
The two-room and three-room apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
For stays of more than one month, if you cancel the following months 7 days before the beginning of the new month, only 5% of each cancelled month will be retained from the deposit. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the following month will be charged.
There will be no refund of the current month in case of early departures.
*Cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent and happens on the 10th and the 25th of every month.

Questo appartamento di 3 vani a Milano è il posto perfetto per un gruppo di 4 persone per chiamare casa durante il loro soggiorno in città. L'appartamento, situato in una struttura alberghiera, è disposto "come un telescopio" (per raggiungere l'ultima stanza, è necessario passare attraverso le altre due). Ha una prima stanza con un angolo cottura e un letto, una seconda stanza con un altro letto e una terza stanza con due letti separati o un letto matrimoniale (puoi scegliere inviando una richiesta scritta). L'appartamento non ha un soggiorno e non c'è né divano, né cucina a gas, né tavolino in nessuna delle stanze.
