THE APARTMENT
It is conveniently located on the seventh floor in Via Calatafimi 12 , walking distance to the famous Naviglio Grande. The area offers plenty of options for cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and bookstores.
INTERNAL CONDITIONS
We invested in a full renovation and restyling of the apartment. The apartment consists of:
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms (1 private bathroom and a shared bathroom)
- an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment
- a washing machine
- WIFI
- Air conditioning in every room
Shared kitchen equipment provided.
The building has an elevator and concierge.

ROOM 4 - Cozy room with Air conditioning
This cozy room is furnished with everything you need: a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a full-size bed (200x120cm) with a night table and lamp and a desk with a matching chair.
A set of towels, linen and duvet is provided upon check in.
One shot admin fee (non-refundable) includes: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax.
Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.
The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract
The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
Possible to have a guest 3night/month and you have to inform the landlord 24 hours before and provide the guest's document
