Large apartment consisting of two small apartments. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas both with equipped kitchen, sofa and TV. The area is very central, not far from the Navigli, the Duomo and Porta Romana. There are numerous services in the area including supermarkets and pharmacies. The area is also served by the M3 metro-yellow line, by tram lines 16 and 24 and by bus lines N24 and NM3.
RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
