Roomless is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

Studio with open kitchen, sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, teapot, crockery for two people. There is also a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Nice studio, ideal for couples given the intimacy of the space and perfect for romantic getaways in Milan.
The nearest metro stop is Lodi T.I.B.B. M3 (yellow line), from which you can reach Piazza Duomo (M3) in 8 minutes and Centrale FS (M3) in 12 minutes.
From Duomo (M1/M3) bus 73 leaves and arrives every 15/20 minutes to Linate Airport. Also from Duomo you can reach Cadorna FN Triennale (M1) in 4 minutes, from where the Malpensa Express departs every 30 minutes.
Monthly rates:
• 1.100,00€ for monthly rent
• 100,00€ for building fees
• 140,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.300,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.350€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
Linen is not included.
