Situato al quarto e penultimo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia, essendo più alto degli edifici nei dintorni. È composto da cucina abitabile, un grande bagno con ampia doccia e 4 suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori.

Per il II semestre il periodo MINIMO di locazione è dal 1° Marzo al 31 Luglio; se disponibile è possibile aggiungere gennaio e febbraio oltre che agosto
- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
Zona Ostiense, posizione strategica e ambita a meno di 200 metri da stazione Metro, McDonald's, 3 facoltà universitarie, si affitta una bellissima suite singola Stanza Semplice ristrutturata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità ai nostri studenti. La stanza è dotata di letto ad una piazza e mezza con due cassettoni, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, specchio, scarpiera, poltrona relax.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

Located on the fourth and penultimate floor, very bright and spacious. Double facing and wide view, being higher than the surrounding buildings. It consists of an eat-in kitchen, a large bathroom with a large shower and 4 single suites with a queen-size bed. The apartment has been excellently refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI (Fiber), washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all accessories.
For the second semester the MINIMUM rental period is from March 1st to July 31st; if available, it is possible to add january and february and August
- Tenants: The house is composed of students or young workers 20-28 years old. There is a tendency to maintain an equal split between male and female tenants.
Ostiense area, strategic and sought-after location less than 200 meters from the Metro station, McDonald's, 3 university faculties, we rent a beautiful single room "Stanza Semplice" renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a queen-size bed with two drawers, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, mirror, shoe rack, relaxation armchair.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.

SEMESTRALE:

- dal 1 settembre al 28 febbraio
- dal 1° marzo al 31 agosto

ANNUALE: dal 1° settembre al 31 agosto.
Per periodi più brevi si applica il seguente supplemento:

- 50€ per 11 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 31 luglio
- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st.
For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
